KidKraft Veranda Doll House Gift Review |
This review and suggestion is for parents, grandparents,aunts, uncles and god parents shopping for a fun gift for a young girl.
The purpose of the KidKraft Vernada Doll House is to provide entertainment for girls, while inspiring their imagination.
Pros: This beautiful dollhouse is constructed of solid wood. It is mounted on a rotating base so the child is able to turn it completely around – 360 degrees. This makes for easier access. The dollhouse has two levels and features a kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom – and of course a veranda.
Unlike many other dollhouses, the KidKraft Veranda Doll House comes with 24 pieces of furniture, as well as a wooden family of four. This in itself offers a great deal of extra value, because you won’t be forced to buy new furnishings – or to buy a ‘family’ to live in the doll house.
Any girl will get hour upon hour of pleasure from the KidKraft Veranda Doll House. Because of its superior structure, and the fact that dollhouses never go out of style, she will be able to save it and eventually pass it along to her own daughter someday.
Cons: I like guarantees of satisfaction. The guarantee/return/credit policy is wanting in my opinion. The doll house is mounted on a swivel, and if it the child spins it too fast, the little people and furniture will fly out of the house. The doll house is not very ‘spacious.’
Guarantee: Defective merchandise may be returned for refund or replacement. All returns must be authorized Mr. Toys. Each product sold on the various web sites have a different return/credit policy that depends on the manufacturer's policy. If the manufacturer does not have a return policy then all sales are final unless cancelled within 8 hours of placing the order.
Value for money: This doll house offers great value. It includes furniture to start with, and many other dollhouses that are higher priced do not.
